Bio: Michael Rudnick

Managing Director

Michael Rudnick is the Managing Director of Prescient Digital, dedicated to helping the world's leading organizations create the best employee experiences on the planet.

Michael has over 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies specifically on improving their digital workplace and intranet efforts – often on a global scale - to engage employees and successfully embrace digital transformation.

Michael has worked extensively with organizations undertaking complex initiatives often involving mergers, process reorganizations, or the introduction of new technologies – such as SharePoint, Office 365, Workday.

A recognized expert on emerging digital technologies and methods, Michael has authored many articles, and delivered many industry talks on how best to optimize the employee experience to drive transformation, collaboration, and communication.

Prior to joining Prescient, Michael held senior management roles including: Principal Consultant at Logical Design Solutions; Global Practice Leader for Portals at Willis Towers Watson, Managing Director at Groundswell, Global Practice Leader at Xceed, and was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Cognitive Communications – the world’s first consultancy specializing exclusively in intranets.

Michael is active on industry Boards, serving as co-President of The Communication Leadership Exchange, and Co-Managing Editor of IHRIM’s Workforce Solutions Review.

Michael is also an active racing sailor, former Olympic Race Official, and President of LISOT, the largest independent, non-profit, youth sailing team in the US. He also serves as the Vice President of the US International 420 Class Association, and the Co-Chair of the Team Racing Committee at Noroton Yacht Club. Michael received his B.A. from Ithaca College.
