Harvard Business Publishing partners with clients to create world-class leadership development solutions for managers at all levels in global organizations and governments. It develops learning solutions, training materials and courses for the leadership teams of organizations like Kimberly-Clark, DOW, Goodyear and the U.S. Bank.
Beginning in 2010, Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) identified a need to improve business processes for its 270 regular intranet users and 100+ non-regular intranet users, spread across three geographically dispersed corporate offices. HBP was looking to improve content consumption, content generation and the usability of its intranet, which was a core component of the organization’s internal communications strategy.
Prescient met this need by delivering a two-phased Assessment and Planning project, which consisted of the following phases and deliverables:
