Business Analyst

Susana is a communications professional with over 5 years experience in strategic communications, public and media relations, writing and editing. She is a seasoned communicator with experience in delivering a message through a variety of mediums.

Prior to joining Prescient, Susana was a Senior Account Executive at Mansfield Communications Inc. In that role, she created high-profile public and media relations campaigns for a diverse roster of clients. Her experience crosses many sectors including real estate, biotechnology, not-for-profit, 50-plus and consumer. Susana’s strategic planning skills and expertise in public and media relations have contributed to successful campaigns that enabled clients to reach their objectives through innovative and sustainable strategies.

Prior to that role, Susana was an Associate Medical Editor at Pulsus Group Inc. and managed the production of three peer-reviewed medical journals (Canadian Respiratory Journal, Paediatrics & Child Health, and Pain Research & Management) from manuscript to the final journal.

Susana holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Human Biology from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Arts in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario.
