hbp logoBeginning in 2010, Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) identified a need to improve business processes for its 270 regular intranet users and 100+ non-regular intranet users, spread across three geographically dispersed corporate offices. HBP was looking to improve content consumption, content generation and the usability of its intranet, which was a core component of the organization’s internal communications strategy.
